Odd year elections can sometimes feel like a waste of time, especially when many of our local elections have little or no competition. This year, however, your vote is essential. In a time when our basic rights and freedoms are under assault from the current administration, we need to know that we can rely on Pennsylvania’s courts to uphold our rights. Three of our current Democratic PA Supreme Court justices need your help to retain their seats. Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht need you to VOTE YES for retention. PA’s GOP and right-leaning groups have launched an aggressive campaign to unseat these Democratic justices (see WHYY article about this at https://shorturl.at/F3K55).
You have the opportunity on November 4th to fight for voting rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, due process, fair funding of public schools, and the general rule of law in this Commonwealth.
